Add commands to set up SSL for sites #186

Can we have a command, which would allow to set/import SSL certificate for a site?

We would like to avoid setting up organization-wide SSL certificate, which would function for all our Business and higher level sites, as we will be having more than one of these and they won't be related, but it would become a single point of failure, as we understand.

Any other option, that would allow to avoid creation of single point of failure for all sites, but enable us to bring SSL to all Business and higher level sites is welcome.
