Update README to point folks to Terminus 2.0 #202

Is it time to update the README to point out that this project is no longer maintained and to direct people to https://github.com/pantheon-systems/cli ?

Hi, Ari! Is there a set date that Terminus 1.0 will stop working with Pantheon?

Hi @bjdevil21!

I don't know, but keep in mind that as long as you have the Pantheon drush aliases file locally you can continue to use many drush operations against your Pantheon site using just plain old drush, without this legacy drush extension. If you haven't done so already, also check out https://github.com/pantheon-systems/cli
