Add Terminus CLU plugin #46

CLU only supports GitHub and GitLab, not BitBucket.

The Terminus CLU plugin has the same functionality and supports all 3 providers. It is also Pantheon owned and should be used instead of CLU, though CLU will probably be kept in this image for backward compatibility purposes.
