Re-add python3 to the image. #75

I'm not sure why or how but this image previously had python3 and I was using it in the Github Actions integrations probably as a dependency of any other package (?).

With the recent image update, python3 wasn't there anymore. I know I could add it in the Github Actions file but, I'm guessing that it's possible that some other people are using it in their integrations so I think it would be better to add it back to the Docker image.
