Issue Description:

Within this document we include the section "Prepare the Local Environment", which is rendered from a partial file. It appears that this partial file is designed to give instructions about site migration, but for the partial's inclusion within the context of "Switching Upstreams", not all of the contained information is relevant (which can lead to confusion).

Specifically, the issue is Step 3 within "Prepare the Local Environment", where it mentions the creation of two subdirectories "that you’ll create in the next sections", but there is no work within the "Switch Upstreams" documentation that involves subdirectories.

Suggested Resolution

• Remove the mention of subdirectories within documentation that doesn't use the subdirectories
  • this may cause a rework of the partial, or the creation of a new one.
