Issue Description:

This upstream is no longer used or supported, it was created during COVID to support the community. There are no active sites using this upstream (they're either deleted or frozen as of today, 4/24/2024).

Suggested Resolution

This document should be archived / deleted.

Todo: decide whether to archive/delete this doc page entirely, or deprecate the doc page (example deprecated doc)

@stevector My preference is to deprecate instead of delete, what do you suggest?
