Priority: High

Issue Description: Documentation indicates I can choose Drupal 10 or 11 when I install a site. That option is never presented. Instead, I can only install a Drupal 9 site, no options available, certainly not for 10 or 11.

Suggested Resolution: Either correct the workflow (preferable) or correct the documentation. Documentation should reflect the actual available workflow.
