When installing LocalDev without Docker already being installed, LocalDev installs 3.1.0. When restarting LocalDev, user gets the message:
Localdev uses Docker Desktop under the hood but it has detected you are using version 3.1.0 which is currently untested and unsupported for use with Localdev. This can often happen if you manually update Docker Desktop to a newer version before we have verified compatibility with it.
