Fresh multi-dev environment won't open locally #122

I just created a new multi-dev environment and used the Dev environment code, database, and files to create it. When I click Open Browser on the Localdev dashboard, the site responds with "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

It turns out it's the redis-server causing the issue. I commented out redis settings in the settings.php and my site loaded up. The problem now is I can't login as admin to be able to make changes. We usually append /staff to the url to login but the site no longer works.
