Indicate Stable/Edge in Changelog feeds #49

Open dustinleblanc opened 4 years ago

dustinleblanc commented 4 years ago

Pantheon's Documentation team currently uses an automated process to pull the changelog data for Localdev from assets we publish during releases. The changelog currently treats stable and edge releases identically which might be a bit confusing for end users, see https://github.com/pantheon-systems/documentation/issues/5589

A suggested solution to this issue is to note whether each release in the changelog is stable/edge.

To clarify, if the stable/edge value was in it's own key for each release, Docs could easily filter on that.

How about with a git tag?

FYI your latest set of UPDATE IMMEDIATELY headers used H2s for the first time, and is a great example of why we should make this distinction: image

Patching for ^ now.
