Synching Dev -> Local Database not working #51

I went into the dashboard and pulled the prod DB into the dev DB. Then I pulled the dev DB into LocalDev and it wasn't updating. I might have tried this 5 times before exporting the prod DB and importing it into Sequel Pro.

It fixed the issue but it seems like.a bug with LocalDev (v 0.9.3 (0.9.3.887)

Getting the exact issue here, the problem also persist when pushing any database or file changes. I was able to successfully push code, but that is about it.

I am aware that pantheon has a limit of 100 MB for these transfers but i'm not getting any errors in localdev.
