Multidev Environment Issue #85

I created a multidev environment for a site and then downloaded it through LocalDev. I noticed that when I closed LocalDev and started it up again the next day, I was forced to pull it again even though the files were already downloaded. Has anyone experienced this issue? I'm using version 0.10.1
