Run localdev from remote Docker #95

If I have a VM with Docker running, it would be great if I could use that to run localdev. For instance, I could ssh into the VM and run the docker commands from there.

This would be a cool feature but is currently out of scope for Localdev. Putting it in the icebox for future consideration.
