I can move my working dev site to test and get a working site, but pulling the same dev site to Localdev yields a non-functional site. Force Rebuild seems to make no difference. Destroying the environment and pulling everything fresh makes no difference. Browser shows "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." And drush ws yields a bunch of this:
