63 updates a number of tests and removes a couple that started failing when switched to a modern theme using gutenberg
Re-implent a variation of:
Checking the active theme (or better, re-installing a known one)
options.feature (Tagline was removed)
posts.feature (using gutenberg instead of classic editor)
