Add support for GitLab. #10

Adds support for GitLab and opens up support for BitBucket down the road.

pantheon-systems/terminus-build-tools-plugin#192 needs to land first for this to be used.

As discussed separately, in future iterations we can build this out with some additional libraries to allow for tighter integration and support for automatic creation of Pull/Merge Requests.
