Following the instructions in the previous README results in the error described here: https://github.com/pantheon-systems/terminus-site-clone-plugin/issues/18 The --no-tags option was added to git in version 2.14

Changes:

Updated minimum git version in README.
Updated link to Docker image to use latest branch (6.x) from that repo, which has an updated version of git.
