@ataylorme Can you add a read/write SSH key for this repository to CircleCI, and re-run the clu build? Once it passes, I'll move clu to the nightly job.

clu is installed globally in the quay.io/pantheon-public/build-tools-ci:6.x Dockerfile. Please use that rather than adding clu again as a Composer dependency
