Allow Packagist installs #372

Please do not kill Composer usage.

Thanks again for your contribution. Composer usage will certainly not be killed. We do need this line for our automation to prevent .git from being shipped to .org via our action. We do not, however, ship this configuration to .org, so anything you might be using this for you'd have to manage yourself.

-/composer.json export-ignore

allowing using this repository with Composer.

@jspellman814 I wouldn't like to push my agenda. composer.json has all the information on this package. You are at the wheel!
