Move the defaults up to supported versions of PHP and Drush.

  1. Pull requests should be submitted to pantheon-systems/drupal-composer-managed. This is a generated repository.
  2. We have not yet decided when we will default Drupal 9 users to PHP 8.x. Drupal 10 users will be defaulted to PHP 8.1.
  3. Drush 11+ may only be installed via Composer. pantheon.yml only supports Drush versions up to 10. Since this project installs Drush via Composer, having the Drush version listed in pantheon.upstream.yml is unnecessary.
