DV-457 ⁃ Need to add check within Historical Importer for extra images

Currently there is a check within this module for images that are contained within the data sheet but not the image folder, however we also need the opposite: any images within the image folder that are not contained within the data sheet.

We do this in a few places within IDS (i.e. checking reference images within Reco), so hopefully this code can somewhat be copied.

It would be best to add this information into this popup, since this is where we do the one-sided check already:

In this screenshot you can see that the number of records in my data sheet is 300, and the number of images is also 300, however it says I am missing one. This is because I changed the name of one of the images within the data sheet to mimic a typo, which could very easily happen.
