DV-465 ⁃ Fix small UI formatting concerns

Ensure the following UI formatting concerns are fixed:

1. Maps Module - “Filter” panel awkwardly shaped (too much extra space at the bottom) within Species and Individual tab
2. Maps Module - “Filter” panel gets messed up when many individuals are selected in Individual tab (i.e., all individuals besides NA, or all females, for example
3. Process Images - The final green Process button should go all the way across the page, as the ones above it do (see “Final Process Images Button” screenshot)
4. Process Images - ALL notifications and modals need to be adjusted so that they aren’t off the page (or can be scrolled or something), and needs to be tested on a variety of sizes of screens. (see “Process Images Notification Example“ screenshots (3 total) for examples)
