DV-466 ⁃ Enable users to add multiple IDs to images on both sides of Manual Identification #426

With Ross' permission, please enable users to add more than one identification to an image in the left edit panel within the Manual Identification module. Copy the process from the right panel exactly (somewhat intricate, so please be careful). This also will mean the two autofill buttons on the left side need to be edited to be similar to those on the right side of the page.
