DV-487 ⁃ Investigate IDSM data syncing notifications

Spend time investigating our ability to provide more information to the user regarding syncing of data. This will likely be determined by Amplify’s options, but this could include either a notification letting the user know a sync is in progress, a notification letting the user know a sync has finished, a notification or way for the user to check what has been synced versus not, etc.

Once we have some options, we need to pitch the options to Nikki, so that we know which one is the best option before we implement it.

Tafadzwa Mutero an appropriate way to approach this would probably be to create a timeout (auto-logout) after 2 hours of inactivity within the app, which will force them to sign in again, which will kick off the synching process automatically. This will avoid issues of data not being synched.
