DV-502 ⁃ Investigate ability to extract images from videos

Robin has requested in a forum post the ability to be able to convert videos into a series of images. Using Python he was able to accomplish this, and perhaps there is a way for us to convert this code into R, and the code allows for extracting images either for the entire video or within a specified frame interval, preventing the generation of an excessive number of images (e.g., 600 images per video)

I will attach his code to this task to investigate the feasibility of including this feature.
