DV-509 ⁃ Convert existing CA format (long) to more user-friendly format (wide) in Tables and Export modules

Note- this task requires good data wrangling/manipulation skills.

When the user creates the CA sheet, they have the dates across the top in columns, in wide format. See “tembe_2019_CA_raw.csv” (attached to this task in addition to the screenshot below).

However, after it gets processed, it gets converted to long format. This means when looking at it in the Tables module, or exporting it to CSV using the Bulk Data Export module, it is shown in long format. See “S6_20190412………csv” (attached to this task in addition to the screenshot below).

The problem is that everything the user will want to do with their CA info requires it to be in wide format. Not only is it more user friendly in wide format, but the wide format is how they need it when creating analyses spreadsheets later.

Within the Tables and Bulk Data Export module, please convert the CA sheet to wide format before displaying or exporting it.
