DV-516 ⁃ Assess and Implement Containerization for Machine Classifier

Split computationally demanding IDS modules into individual container services. This includes ML modules (i.e., machine classifier, recognition), analyses modules (i.e., occupancy and spatial capture-recapture), and potentially other modules which crash with large datasets (i.e., exports, intelligent queries, descriptive stats)

This task specifically focuses on the Machine Classifier. It is important to roll this approach out with the machine classifier so that it can easily be updated without breaking other components.

Melvin Ollewagen this was one of the tasks that Neoxia was working on with us, but we stalled because Thabied was taking some of the steps into his own hands some time ago. Doesn’t appear to be much movement on this these days

Split this task (used to be ML and SCR combined) into two. Now https://pantheracorporation.atlassian.net/browse/DV-584 ( https://pantheracorporation.atlassian.net/browse/DV-584|smart-link ) includes the SCR part of the work, which hasn’t had any movement on it.
