DV-584 ⁃ Assess and Implement Containerization for SCR Module #524

Split computationally demanding IDS modules into individual container services. This includes ML modules (i.e., machine classifier, recognition), analyses modules (i.e., occupancy and spatial capture-recapture), and potentially other modules which crash with large datasets (i.e., exports, intelligent queries, descriptive stats)

This task specifically focuses on the SCR Module. It is important to roll this approach out with the SCR module so that the packages used in this analyses can easily be updated without breaking other components.

Specifically, it is the “secr” package that we are hoping to update (see https://pantheracorporation.atlassian.net/browse/MAIN-769 but when we do, we break a whole bunch of other things in IDS)
