DV-614 ⁃ Add additional fields after "Prey Hoisted = Yes" field

Nikki has requested in a forum post, that we include two additional fields after the “Prey Hoisted“ field is selected as “Yes“. These two fields are as follows:

If “Prey Hoisted“ is “Yes“, the following dropdowns should appear sequentially:

1. “Tree wrapped”: (Yes/No)
2. “Difficulty experienced”: (Yes/No/Unknown)

The motivation behind these two fields are: “Many lodges wrap their large marula trees in wire mesh to protect them from elephants, but we want to make sure that leopards aren't negatively affected by the wire mesh as they go up trees.”

1. Create these two additional fields in the leopard sightings form. (NB!! These fields should only appear if “Prey Hoisted“ is “Yes“)
2. Create these columns in Amplify.

For this task we will need to add new db fields and update the models in the app, along with the references in each species so the datapacket reflects accordingly
