1 win mac Linux standalone

2 pre built vst au lv2 plugins

There is http://x42-plugins.com/x42/setBfree -- jack apps + LV2 plugin binaries for Linux, Windows, OSX/macOS

There are no plans for Audio-Unit or native VST; but a cross-platform VST for the three major platforms is possible via https://github.com/x42/lv2vst
