[ ] Refine the readme.txt/readme.md
[x] Subfamily annotation
[ ] Test with interproscan dataset to gauge performance
[ ] PAR files for different OS
[x] Reduce the HMMER, annotation etc files down pure test files, update readmes accordingly.
[ ] How to deal with versions in the code
