CGI service script, generalizing paths, and data preprocessing #8

A few changes:

  1. Added a script to run TreeGrafter as a web service. Setup details will be added to the README.md.
  2. Generalized data paths to not be version-specific (ex. "$directory/PANTHER12_Tree_MSF";).
  3. Added data preprocessing scripts extract the data required by TreeGrafter for each PANTHER library version. Run instructions will also be added to README.
  4. Graft-point node ID (e.g. PTHR12345:AN12) now returned in results.
