References are missing for experimental annotations

Here is an example: PTHR11640.

The top three CC IDAs don't have any references. Not sure if they are missing in the database or the tool fails to display them.

I checked it in QuickGO and Amigo. The references are missing for those annotations in both.

I thought IDA requires references. Not sure how it passes the QA. So we don't have to worry about it. It is GO problem.
