Empty IBA leaf files #38

XML file for two trees simply contained null, no XML. The files are here on calv-panthertest.med.usc.edu:

/home/panther/anushya/fix_annot_20210529/leafIBAInfo/PTHR16631.xml /home/panther/anushya/fix_annot_20210529/leafIBAInfo/PTHR22762.xml

The issue is due to control characters in the XML that is not supported in encoding specified. I will fix. In the meantime, if you want to view the contents, you can use URL http://paintcuration.usc.edu/webservices/family.jsp?searchValue=PTHR16631&searchType=SEARCH_TYPE_FAMILY_LEAF_IBA_ANNOTATION_INFO_DETAILS substituting for family id and view source. Microsoft Edge worked for me, but, not Firefox.

I have attached the output files for now. This will get resolved for the next round of validator/IBA leaf file generation files.zip
