[ ] Under the gene product name. See all [gene_symbol] annotations”, where [gene_symbol] is the same as the first line, e.g. JUND. This should link to the functionome “gene page” for JUND (the link is currently from the UniProtKB identifier).
[ ] In the third column of the table (and the left panel), when the category is either an “Other” or “unknown”, these aren’t GO terms so there should be nothing displayed in parentheses, and no link. For example Other molecular function ( OTHER:0001 ) -> Other molecular function
[ ] In the fourth column, if there is more evidence for an annotation that is not displayed by default, there should be a “more…” or “see more evidence” link at the bottom to expand to see all the evidence.
[ ] In the fifth column, each of the contributors should link to the main website for each of the contributing projects. Also, each contributor could be separated by a new line, rather than a comma.
[ ] add in-page help links, like the “?” symbols we have on the PANTHER site?
