EVE ESI API is unreachable - removing ticker #116

When ESI is not available the bot correctly not changing discord roles, but removing corporate / alliance ticker. Once the ESI available it changes back.

Can you please add the same logic - no renaming if ESI is not available?

Fixed in v1.4.9
