If you're new to using form builders, it might not be clear how to add your own components + helpers.

So I went ahead and updated the documentation in the README.md and hopefully streamlined it so it's easier to get started.

hey @Spone you're welcome to make changes to the PR. Been a tad busy so I haven't had the chance to make the requested changes. Should be able to go through this soon
