Fixes:

cmake project version
target should be binary directory for out-of-tree builds.

PS: Supersedes #42

I'm merging this, although I dislike the hardcoded project(fyaml LANGUAGES C VERSION 0.7.2) bit. The version is autogenerated and present in the .tarball-version file. Perhaps some time in the future we will fix the out-of-sync cmake/automake bits but for now it will do...
