Hi,

This is a first set of mavros_msgs (https://github.com/mavlink/mavros) It also add std_msgs/Bool I regenerate roscc.js

I will add other mavros_msgs when I finished them!

I've changed the implementation for service and messages. Unfortunately, a little bit of adaption of the mavros_msgs is required.
