Sync files individually #13

Syncing files individually avoids violating upload size limits, and allows errors for files that needn't really be synced to be ignored.

I guess curl or something resolves symlinks? ZIP was doing it before, but something is still doing it. Like https://dl.bintray.com/pantsbuild/bin/build-support/bin/node/mac/10.6/v5.5.0/ exists and is not a symlink in Bintray. That's good, I'm just saying I don't know what the mechanism is.
