Fixed the 'Rerun failed test' button #587

Fixes #588 (hopefully).

Thank you for this contribution! This is an exciting fix 😄 Could you maybe include more details in the description? Something like “Before, old behavior. Now, new behavior.”

I'll try to prepare a test case in our integration tests that would highlight the problem.

I have tested manually that this works with the Scala plugin versions 2020.2.102 and 2020.2.807 on IntelliJ 202.6948.69. The environment is available at https://github.com/VirtusLab/intellij-pants-plugin-tests/tree/scala-pants-good.
