Hi! Sorry OT, as it is rather a question,...

Do you happen to know about a webservice for verifying the EHC-scanned content? (Austria)

What do you mean? A web app to scan and verify a QR-Code or a REST API that does that? There is plenty for the former, but I don't think there is any for the later, since it is meant to be all done client side because of privacy concerns.
