Cant go higher than macOS 10.16? #103

I have tried multiple unlockers, uninstalled everything, but I can't seem to get the macOS above 10.16, I remember when I was first messing with vmware and installed an unlocker I saw that there was at least a macOS 13. Do you know anything that could help? Im using vmware version 15.5.6 and latest version of unlocker. I have tried uninstalling everything related to vmware using bulk crap uninstaller, registry keys, files, everything.

In order to support macOS 11,12,13, you need VMware 17.5
