Add options to display textual metadata for albums and media.
Display is configurable by user option in menu.
Installer can setup how to display information:
In myphotoshare.conf, general settings about what is displayed (title, description, tags) and what are the general preferences (where on the screen, appearance, etc.)
In album.ini, the general settings can be overloaded to adapt to media. For instance, if the installer has decided that the captions must appear on the lower right bottom of the pictures, but when for a special picture, because of the colours of the photography and the ones from the caption panel, it's better to have it on top left, he can do it with special directives in album.ini.
Scanner could decide where is the best place to put the caption panel. For instance, with a portrait pictures, it could be on the sides while with a panorama picture it would be on the bottom.
