self calibration sucks #26

this is weird because self calibration sucks

the self calibration matlab code performs better than the equivalent self calib 
code in C++, in the isvc paper i am not able to publish results with bundle 
adjustment because im not getting the same answers as the matlab code

debug this C++ implementation , i dont think it is working right specially when 
the params are left to change freely

compare results with your matlab implementation, that ought to be the first 
debugging method

i compared for synthetic data with matlan and my results are not any worse
