Enable video #127

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start tracking
2. Push photo button
3. Try to change to video mode, I was unable to.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the ability to record video. Why not? It is much easier to record a
lot of information in a video than in a series of photos. It will also make
OSMTracker a more general purpose tracking application.

What version of the product are you using (See "About" screen)?
0.5.3

Make/model of your device, and Android version?
Samsung Galaxy Tab, GT-P100, Android 2.2, build FROYO.XWJMI

Please provide any additional information below.

I guess we could do that, however I'm not sure which format Android can record,
and if this format is readable under OSM tools like JOSM...

On my device it records in H264, MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1) with MPEG AAC
(mp4a) audio.

Not ideal, but I think default audio players in Linux have no problem playing
this. Can't say for sure on my system because I have non-free stuff installed.
