Menu-Button is missing at tracking. #196

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. tracking a new track.
2. try to find the menu-button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You can't find the menu-button

What version of the product are you using (See "About" screen)?
Version 0.6.1 

Make/model of your device, and Android version?
my Device: Galaxy Nexus, Jelly Bean, CM10

see attached screenshot - there you can't see a menu-button.

I think that's a side effect of updating the themes in the last version for 
Jelly Bean. If you upgraded from a previous version the them is set to an old 
value, not the OS default, and it doesn't show the menu.

The workaround is easy: Just go to the preferences and choose the "OS default" 
theme.

I'll see if I can do something in the app. itself to upgrade the theme value.

I've found a way to force the theme if it's an old value, that should be 
available in the next market release.
