I think that's a side effect of updating the themes in the last version for
Jelly Bean. If you upgraded from a previous version the them is set to an old
value, not the OS default, and it doesn't show the menu.
The workaround is easy: Just go to the preferences and choose the "OS default"
theme.
I'll see if I can do something in the app. itself to upgrade the theme value.

I've found a way to force the theme if it's an old value, that should be
available in the next market release.
