Upload time for OSM uploads is epoch and not current time #249

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload to OSM
2. check date of upload

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The date of upload is displayed as 1 Jan 1970 2:00, expected is the time of 
upload.

What version of the product are you using (See "About" screen)?

0.6.6

Make/model of your device, and Android version?

Samsung Galaxy Note II, CyanogenMod 10.11 M6 = Android 4.4.2

Please provide any additional information below.
