NYTimes not downloading on Nexus7 Jellybean #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Shortyz on my android phone is downloading NYTIMES puzzles 
2. Shortyz on my Kindle Fire is downloading NYTIMES puzzles 
3. Shortyz on my Nexus 7 is NOT downloading NYTIMES puzzles 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have a NYTimes crossword subscription, but I can't get them to download on 
the nexus 7 - have triple-checked the user name and password.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
shortyz 3.2.6 on Nexus 7 jellybean

Please provide any additional information below.

forgot to add - NYTimes NOT showing on the available list of downloads after 
entering the user name and password.

Solution discovered - the screen is so dark on the nexus 7 shorty, that I did 
not see the check box on the page where you enter the user name and password.  
After checking the box, the puzzles now download
