Remove unlisted services #17

It should be possible to specify whether to remove of services not listed anymore in tunnels list.

The role should compare running cloudflare@xxx services against the ones listed in tunnels and if not listed anymore to the following:

stop and remove systemd service
remove unused config file
remove log file
